The Molicel M65A is a high-energy lithium-ion cylindrical 21700 cell designed for applications that demand high energy density and extended runtime. Released in 2025 and with the manufacturer based in Taiwan, this cylindrical 21700 cell delivers 6.5 Ah capacity and 23.4 Wh of energy at a nominal voltage of 3.6 V, with a maximum continuous discharge capability of 26 A, making it well suited to energy-focused applications requiring extended runtime. At 314 Wh/kg, the M65A ranks among the highest gravimetric energy densities in the 21700 format within the Voltt library.
